3. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital and professional services, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed services or delivered work

  • Custom design or development work once initiated

  • Consultation fees, discovery sessions, or planning services

  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, or administrative charges

  • Services delayed or affected due to client inaction or failure to provide required materials

Once work has commenced, labor costs and allocated resources are considered earned and are not refundable.


4. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • The Company fails to deliver the agreed-upon service as explicitly defined in a written contract

  • A duplicate or erroneous payment was made

  • Services were canceled by the Company prior to commencement

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations requested before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding administrative or processing fees

  • Cancellations requested after work has begun are not eligible for refunds

  • Ongoing or recurring services must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid charges

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or client-side issues.


6. Milestone-Based and Custom Projects

For projects billed based on milestones or phases:

  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable

  • If a project is terminated mid-phase, payment for work completed up to that point remains non-refundable

  • Any remaining unpaid milestones may be canceled without further obligation

Custom work is defined as any service tailored specifically to a client’s requirements and is not eligible for refunds once initiated.


7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact ALIWEBDIV LLC directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of services

  • Additional administrative or recovery fees

  • Legal action where applicable

Chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent or unjustified will be contested with supporting documentation.


8. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions

Approved refunds may be subject to transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other deductions as permitted by law.


9. No Guarantees or Performance-Based Refunds

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes or expectations not explicitly guaranteed in writing.

Any fees paid to third-party service providers, including but not limited to domain registrars, hosting companies, software platforms, or payment processors, are strictly non-refundable.

The Company is not responsible for refund policies of third-party providers.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion. If a service is discontinued before commencement, the Company may issue a refund or service credit at its discretion.

Service modifications requested by the client after work has begun do not entitle the client to a refund.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability related to refunds shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question.

Under no circumstances shall ALIWEBDIV LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
